Special rates have been negotiated with different hotels in Helsinki for SSIEM 2026 attendees. These rates are available until 18 days before arrival and are subject to availability (they are not valid through any third party website).
All room rates are in EUR per room per night, including breakfast and VAT. There is no city tax in Helsinki.
Please note that August is high season in Helsinki, so you should book your accommodation as soon as possible.

NOTE! There is an increasing number of fake websites claiming to offer hotel services. The secretariat would like to alert all participants to be aware of possible scams, and to only use trusted online registration and accommodation services for bookings.
