We are sorry to let you know that the networking excursions scheduled as part of the SSIEM 2026 Helsinki Symposium have had to be cancelled.

Following the review of the SSIEM 2026 Helsinki Symposium by the EthicalMedTech Conference Vetting System (CVS), SSIEM has made the decision to withdraw the excursions that were scheduled for Thursday afternoon to ensure full compliance with the applicable EthicalMedTech requirements.

We appreciate that many participants were looking forward to these activities, and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.

If you have already booked and paid for an excursion, the full amount will be refunded automatically. No action is required from you. Further details about the refund process will be shared shortly.
